Neil Enright
Culinary Services Director
Neil Enright joins The Capstone at Centerra Senior Living team with over 20 years of experience in various industries ranging from luxury hotels and casinos to senior living. What he enjoys most about cooking is the open creativity his team of professionals can produce with food for residents and families to enjoy every day. Neil pulls from all cultures and flavor profiles to create his menus and recipes. When cooking for seniors, Neil strives for consistent meals with flavor profiles that appeal to the tastes of the residents. He finds that, when we sit down for three meals per day, we want to eat what is familiar and tastes great with the occasional surprise thrown into the mix. He runs his culinary programs with quality and consistency and places a continued emphasis on providing food that satisfies the majority.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years and his 14-year-old son. He loves the outdoors and going camping, golfing or just relaxing in the fresh air. Since he grew up in the Mountain West, Neil likes to watch the Rockies, Broncos, Avalanche and Nuggets.
